What to expect?

When you want to make a booking or find out about availability of PSA services for the date(s) you need help, just contact us to arrange the next step.

If you are an existing customer and we currently have your keys on file:

We confirm dates, check carer availability, provide you a quote. Once your deposit is received we will confirm that your “Pet care preferences and instructions” in our records are still what you want… and you can relax

If you are an existing customer and we need to collect keys from you:

We confirm dates, check carer availability, provide you a quote. Once your deposit is received we will confirm that your “Pet care preferences and instructions” in our records are still what you want… we then need to collect your keys from you (Key pick up fees will apply) … once we have these keys, the dates are already confirmed and…………..you can relax

If you are making your first call to us as a NEW customer

We arrange to come out and see you to discuss your specific needs and give you a quote with our service contract. This new customer interview is a no obligation, free call – after all, you will want to check us out first!   If you are happy to proceed, we will just need to collect a set of client keys, confirm dates, check carer availability, Provide you a quote. Once your deposit is received ………..you can relax

All clients can be assured that all ‘client keys’ carry a PSA file code and NEVER have your name or address attached – YOUR TOTAL PRIVACY AND SECURITY IS A PRIORITY AT ALL TIMES!
